Equilibrium engages you in an interactive mindful breathing exercise designed to help you relax and increase your awareness of the present moment. This will involve trying to maintain your attention on a simple movement pattern: spreading your hands apart as you breathe in and bringing your hands back together as you breathe out. There is a visual guide for you to follow and instructions are provided as you start of the experience. Whenever your movement becomes out of sync with the guide, the environment and music will fade away, letting you know that you need to re-sync and focus your attention. Try and maintain a relaxed state of focus on your breathing and the movement pattern throughout the experience, until you are instructed to relax your arms towards the end. The experience ends after 6 minutes.
