BrainVis is an educational demo / proof of concept of visualizing and interacting with real neuroimaging data (*.trk, NIFTI), such as fiber rendering like these hairy brain images that you can for example see on Muse’s ‘the 2nd law’ album cover, or NIFTI volumes (lesion masks, labels, T1 MRI).
